Meet with teachers to assist in the development, provision, and evaluation of professional development activities and ensure that best practices are employed which have the maximum impact. Maintain records of teacher professional development and assist in registering teachers for Cambridge professional development as needed. Assist the Lead Cambridge Counselor in tracking of AICE diploma candidates to ensure successful program completion. Assist in the selection and ordering of instructional materials and equipment for the assigned program(s) and in establishing effective training and monitoring to assure appropriate uses of those resources. Inventory, store, and manage all Cambridge materials and textbooks. Assist in maintaining the Cambridge program budget at each school. Act as the Exams Officer for all AS and A level examinations. Collaborate with the STC to plan for the testing season. Order testing materials. Understand and follow all Cambridge testing protocols. Assist in writing and submitting applications to the SDE for prospective Cambridge courses. Participate in program evaluation. Provide exemplary instructional coaching and modeling of the Cambridge teacher attributes.
